Flange Mount Gauge Pressure Transmitter
The Advanced Gauge Pressure Transmitter is a microprocessor based smart transmitter that features high performance and excellent stability. Capable of measuring gas, liquid, vapor, and liquid levels, it transmits 4 to 20 mA DC analog and and digital signals according to the measured pressure. It can also execute two-way communications between the communicator, thus facilitating self diagnosis, range setting , and automatic zero adjustment.
The Advanced Transmitter Gauge Pressure Transmitters (GTX**G series) are used to measure the pressure of gases, liquids, and steam, as well as to measure tank pressure and fluid levels. They achieve high accuracy of ±0.04 % and long-term reliability (zero drift of only ±0.1 % over 10 years), greatly reducing calibration work after installation. With their very wide measurement range (GTX60G: 35 to 3500 kPa, a rangeability of 1:100), they help to cut costs by reducing the number of devices needed

Multivariable Inline Vortex Flow Meter Model: AX22
Azbil multivariable flowmeters utilize three primary sensing elements –a vortex shedding velocity sensor, an RTD temperature sensor, and a solid-state pressure transducer–to measure the mass flow rate of gases, liquids and steam.
Systems that use external process measurements to calculate mass flow may not provide adequate compensation for the fact that process conditions can change radically between the point of velocity measurement and the point where upstream or downstream pressure and temperature measurements are being made. Because the model AX22 multivariable flowmeter measures all of these parameters in a single location, it delivers a more accurate process measurement.
Integrating multivariable output capability with a single line penetration also simplifies system complexity and helps reduce initial equipment cost, installation cost and maintenance costs.

Multivariable Inline Vortex Flow Meter Model: AX24 (standard & reduce bore)
Azbil’s Model AX24 Multivariable Vortex Flowmeter offers accurate and reliable flow metering in a multivariable design. The multivariable design incorporates a high-accuracy velocity sensor, a precision platinum RTD temperature sensor, and a solid-state pressure transducer. The AX24 can deliver volumetric flow, mass flow, temperature, pressure, density, and energy (BTU) measurements from a single installed device. This drastically reduces complexity, equipment costs, and installation costs in comparison to installing multiple stand-alone instruments to arrive at the same process measurements.
