Mark 601/602
Self-Operated, High Flows The Mark 601 and Mark 602 are used in applications that require higher Cv (Kv) rating without using a larger valve. The high flow Mark 602 has Cv's (Kv's) as high as 50 (43) and the super high flow Mark 602 has Cv's (Kv's) up to 70 (60). The sliding gate seats help reduce the droop commonly associated with high flow regulators.

Mark 60HP
High Pressure Regulator The Mark 60HP Series has a working pressure fully rated to ANSI Class 600 pressures, and permits setpoints as high as 450 psi. The Mark 60HP is used to regulate the downstream pressure to a predetermined setpoint. The spring in the Mark 60 holds the sliding gate seats in their normally open position to allow the process media to pass through the sets.

Mark 62
Internally Piloted Regulator The Mark 62 internally piloted pressure regulator is a specialty valve designed for critical application regulation in locations where space is limited. Small and lightweight in design, the Mark 62 valve provides the accuracy of a piloted valve with the size, weight, and appearance of a single, self-operated valve. The Mark 62 will accurately control pressure with little deviation from the set point. The accuracy levels approach those provided by control valves with quicker response, therefore, the Mark 62 should be considered before other more expensive, sophisticated control instrumentation.

Wafer Style, Jorlon Diaphragm The Mark 675 Series wafer style sliding gate pressure regulator is used to regulate the downstream pressure to a predetermined setpoint. The wafer style design allows for easy installation and maintenance due to its reduced weight and sliding gate seats. The flow is straight through the valve seats and body. Direction of the disc travel is perpendicular to the flow, not opposed to the direction of the flow. The MK675 can use a wider range of its stroke to give accurate control; less offset.

High Pressure Regulator The Mark 68HP is designed primarily for high pressure steam service commonly found in power plants, refineries, pulp and paper mills, and other high pressure process applications. Since high pressure superheated steam is routinely used for power generation (turbines), a high pressure steam regulator capable of withstanding these pressures is needed for the distribution of lower pressure steam for individual process requirements. Common uses for the Mark 68HP high pressure steam regulator valve include: - Pressure reduction of turbine extraction steam to desuperheaters. - Steam injection to turbine bearing seals to eliminate pressure differential across this area. - Primary pressure reduction from the main steam header to lower pressure points of use.
