ULTRASONIC TESTING FOR ALL FULL PENETRATION WELDS Comprehensive examination of full penetration welds for flanged thermowells is critical to prevent thermowell failure. Daily Thermetrics utilizes Shear Wave and/or Phased-Array ultrasonic testing to inspect 100% of full penetration welds. SERIALIZATION Each thermowell is individually laser etched with a unique serial number. This links all design and testing information to the Daily Thermetrics database, allowing for easy information retrieval in the absence of a data sheet. COMPLETE WAKE FREQUENCY ANALYSIS Complete Wake Frequency Analysis (per ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016) is offered at no extra cost for every thermowell ordered through Daily Thermetrics. CORROSION RESISTANT FINISH Every thermowell is manufactured to a high polish finish of 8 AARH or better which minimizes corrosion and pitting during service.
