Features • Elite Valve offers ANSI Class 150# , 300# and 600# cast steel valve standardized in ASTM A216-WCB, A352-LCC and ASTM A351-CF8M body. Other materials are available upon special request. • We carry a full size range of the carbon steel and stainless gate, globe and check valves at the central warehouse located at Oakville ON and the satellite warehouse at Edmonton AB to service the demand from East and West regions respectively. • All Elite Valve cast steel valves, carbon or stainless, come standard with RF Flange connections designed and manufactured to ANSI B16.5. Butt weld and RTJ flanges are also available by special request. • Carbon steel and low carbon steel valves with NACE strictly comply with the NACE MR0103 specification, and contain no copper bearing alloys for applications that handle H2S bearing hydrocarbons. Please refer to the material list under each product category for details. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all materials meet the requirements of the intended environment. • All Elite Valve cast steel valves are inspected and tested according to API598. Designed and Manufactured to the Following Industry Standards • Cast Steel Gate valves are designed and manufactured to API600, Globe valves to API600 & API623 and Check valve to API 6D. • Pressure/Temperature rating conforms to ASME B16.34. • NACE package are designed and manufactured to NACE MR0103. • All valves are tested according to API 598. • Face to Face dimensions are designed and manufactured to ANSI/ASME B16.10 • Connection ends are designed and manufactured to ANSI/ ASME B16.5 for Flanged connections and B16.25 for Butt Weld connections.
