HB50/51
The HB50 features a fully packed and backseated block valve along with a bleed valve with directional discharge tube and stem stop. With a gauge or transmitter threaded into its outlet, the HB50 will allow pressure to be bled and blocked for simplified instrument removal. The discharge tube enables the technician to direct the high pressure fluid away from himself before changing the instrument. The HB50 can also be threaded into a Hex Primary Block Valve (such as the HG46 Series) to provide secondary block and bleed functions on multiple instrument installations. The HB51 is similar to the HB50 but utilizes a bleed screw in lieu of a bleed valve.

HB52
The Hex HB52 Bleed Tee is ideal for modernizing outdated, non-bleed gauge installations. During instrument maintenance, simply thread the HB52 into the outlet of an existing block valve. An instrument is then threaded into the HB52 outlet to complete the installation. A second 1/2" side outlet accommodates a gauge or tube fitting for a remote auxiliary instrument. Bleed-off is simple - a turn of the handle directs flow through the discharge tube.

HB59
For more critical services, the HB59 Integral Block and Bleed Valve combines a fully packed backseated block valve and a fully packed backseated bleed valve into a single, streamlined assembly that minimizes threaded connections. A major benefit of this design is that, while minimizing connections, cost and installation time are also reduced. A 1/2" FNPT adapter can accommodate a tube fitting for remote removal of bleed waste. The HB59 is typically used on applications where waste must be returned to the line or holding vessel, as is common with hazardous media or EPA-targeted hydrocarbons.

HG35
Other manufacturer's generally supply 1/2" NPT female process connections and usually include a block and bleed valve with each instrument. This usually requires a 1/2" stainless steel close nipple with each gauge pressure transmitter to accommodate the typical block and bleed valve's female outlet. The HG35 configuration provides one less threaded connection by utilizing a male outlet for direction connection into a gauge pressure transmitter.

HG46
A quick, inexpensive and compact means of installing gauges and static pressure instrumentation. Can be supplied with a bleed valve or needle valve threaded into one of the outlets to allow for combined block & bleed functions in a single, compact unit.

Mark 708SH
Short Pattern Fractional Flow Control Valve The Mark 708SH was developed to provide the most accurate control available for fractional flow services; whether for pilot plant installations, test stands, R & D facilities or for specialized processes such as dosing, injection and venting applications. The Short Pattern, 1/4" offers Cv's ranging from 0.00001 through 0.2 (0,000009 to 0,17 Kv in DN8). A small package ideal for critical fractional flow applications where space is at a premium.

Mark 708BS
Bellow Stem Seals Fractional Flow Control Valves Bellows stem seals eliminate fugitive emissions by surrounding the valve stem with a pressure-tight barrier, isolating the stem from the process fluid and preventing leakage to the atmosphere. For an extra measure of protection, the bellows stem seal option provides a back-up seal of Teflon or Graphite/Grafoil packing along with a threaded or NPT detection port for use in monitoring potential emissions leakage.

Mark 708 CR
Extended Bonnet Fractional Flow Control Valve The Mark 708CR for cryogenic service features a 9" bonnet extension (optional 14") that provides protection for the packing and actuator by preventing ice build-up, which can interfere with movement of the valve stem and affect valve performance. For cryogenic services with temperatures as low as -320°F (-195°C).

Mark 708DP
Double Packing Fractional Flow Control Valve An alternative to a bellows stem seal, it is used when standard packing will not adequately contain the controlled media. With a double packed bonnet, lubricant is pumped into the packing sets, providing a tight seal similar to bellows stem seal.

Mark 708HT
Finned Bonnet Fractional Flow Control Valve The cooling fin bonnet option is for the protection of the stem packing from elevated temperatures associated with steam, hot water, and high temperature oil, gas and liquid services (up to 1000°F; 538°C). The finned bonnet cools the area around the packing, which permits the use of standard packing materials that otherwise would not be suitable for the service temperature conditions.
