Mark 6127
Piloted, Liquid Pressure Regulating Valves
The Mark 6127 pressure-reducing valve is used in many applications worldwide. The primary function of the Mark 6127 is to reduce a greater upstream pressure to a lesser, more manageable downstream pressure, and operate without regard to either upstream supply or downstream demand. The liquid pressure regulator valve is easily maintained without removal from the line.
Mark 63/64
Differential Pressure Regulators; Sliding Gate Seat; 1/4″ – 2″ (DN8 – DN50);
The Mark 63 - differential pressure regulator is designed to maintain a constant differential between the pressure on the discharge side of the regulator and the signal pressure loaded on the diaphragm. The Mark 64 provides the same flow capacity but with less offset in controlled pressure due to a larger diaphragm. This differential pressure regulator valve series is ideal in fuel oil atomization applications. A negative differential version is also available.
Mark 53/54
Differential, Jorlon Diaphragm
The Mark 53 and 54 Series transform challenging differential pressure control into reliable, repeatable operation. By maintaining a precise pressure differential between inlet and signal pressure, these valves enable sophisticated process control strategies – from maintaining consistent pressure drops across filters and strainers to managing complex reactor pressure profiles. When your process depends on maintaining exact pressure relationships, not just absolute pressures, these differential pressure valves deliver the control intelligence you need.

Mark 501/502
High Flow Back Pressure Regulator; Sliding Gate; 1-1/2″ – 2″ (DN40 – DN50)
Higher Steam Flow Without Upsizing – Cut Costs, Boost Efficiency, and Reduce Maintenance
When your steam application demands higher flow capacity, but jumping to a larger line size isn’t in the budget-or the plant layout-you need a smarter solution. The Mark 501 and Mark 502 Series high flow back pressure regulators deliver high and ultra-high flow performance without the added cost, space, and complexity of upsizing.
The Mark 501 handles flows up to Cv 50 (Kv 43), and the Mark 502 pushes that even further to Cv 70 (Kv 60)—giving you more throughput, more efficiency, and more control with the same line size.
And thanks to precision-engineered sliding gate seats, these high flow back pressure regulators fight the internal build-up that often plagues high-flow steam systems. That means fewer shutdowns, less maintenance, and more uptime—so your operation keeps running hot, clean, and efficient.

Mark 55
Upstream Vacuum, Jorlon Diaphragm
The Mark 55 Series vacuum back pressure regulator delivers the precise vacuum control essential for sensitive processes where even minor fluctuations can ruin product batches or damage equipment. Whether you're managing evaporator efficiency, ensuring consistent product quality in vacuum cookers, maintaining precise conditions in altitude testing chambers, or protecting delicate dairy operations, this vacuum back pressure valve maintains your exact vacuum setpoint with tight shutoff that prevents vacuum loss during idle periods. Your processes run at optimal efficiency while eliminating the energy waste and equipment wear caused by vacuum instability.
Mark 56/560
Dome Loaded, High Accuracy
The Mark 56/560 Series dome loaded back pressure regulator revolutionizes back pressure control by eliminating mechanical springs in favor of precise air loading. This means you can adjust setpoints on-the-fly to match changing process conditions – no more manual spring changes, no more compromise setpoints, no more shutdowns for pressure adjustments. Whether optimizing batch processes, responding to seasonal demand changes, or fine-tuning system performance, you now have complete control at your fingertips. Configure control exactly how your operation needs it. Couple with an I/P transducer for seamless integration with your DCS or PLC, enabling remote setpoint changes and automated pressure profiles. For local control, pair with a Mark 12 loading station or LowFlow JR regulator for precise manual adjustment. This flexibility of this dome loaded back pressure regulator means operators can optimize pressure from the control room during normal operation, while maintenance staff retain local control capability for commissioning and troubleshooting.
